Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Knitty Wears, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, and we're here to help if you need to return or exchange an item. Please take a moment to review our Returns & Exchanges Policy to ensure a quick and hassle-free process.

General Returns

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using your domestic postal service with a standard shipping method.

Proof of postage is advised. Please keep your shipping receipt and any related documents until we confirm that your return has been received.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. This includes the transit time for the item to reach our warehouse.

Items must be returned:

Unworn and unwashed

With all original tags attached

Free from any odours or visible signs of wear and tear

All returned items will be assessed. Items failing to meet our return conditions will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To request an exchange (e.g., for a different size), please clearly mention the required size in your email to us.

Exchanges can only be made up to the original purchase value.

An additional charge of 200 PKR applies to all exchanges, including during sale periods.

Exchange orders are shipped via standard delivery (not express).

We do not accept exchanges on sale or clearance items.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@knittywears.com with the following:

A brief description of the issue

The location of the fault

Photographs showing the fault, if applicable

Please do not return the item unless advised to do so. Each case is assessed individually.

Faulty item claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after this time period will be considered normal wear and tear and may not be accepted.

Processing & Refunds

The return parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse and is booked into our system.

Once received, returns are typically processed within 2–4 working days.

You will be notified via email regarding the outcome of your return — whether a refund, exchange, or return denial.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, Knitty Wears reserves the right to issue either a refund or store credit equal to the original product's value. The product must also pass all other returns criteria.
